This four-bedroom Menorcan villa is perfectly positioned near to the aqua park and only a twenty minute stroll down to Punta Prima beach. Built all on one level it includes a gorgeous, mosaic tiled, curved swimming pool and brick built BBQ ideal for cooking up some kebabs under the sun. Inside, the décor is fresh and modern with comfortable furniture and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals. There are four bedrooms in total, all with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep during the hot summer months.

If there are children in your party, they will adore the nearby water park just a few minutes’ walk away and the mini train running between Punta Prima and Binibeca is a fun way of exploring the surrounding areas. One of the oldest holiday towns on the island, Punta Prima is loved for its sandy beach, safe waters and welcoming beachside cafes. It’s also easy to visit the capital Mahon from here and enjoy the lively waterfront bars and restaurants.

To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide along with 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm and other doors that access the pool area is the patio doors from the lounge. The grounds are flat, there are 2 steps from the terrace to the pool and the pool has roman steps to enter. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
