You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm with 1 step. The front door has a width of 200cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 150cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are open wide and the grounds are mainly flat. All the bedrooms have a door width of 80cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 65cm. Our Cala San Vicente villas are perfect for those seeking a laid-back holiday in a picturesque setting. Tucked away in the northwest of Majorca at the edge of the Tramuntana mountain range, this old fishing village is full of charm and boasting three sandy beaches right on its doorstep.
The village itself has a few shops and restaurants serving the catch of the day, but just a ten-minute drive away, you'll find the old Roman town of Pollensa, where you can explore the maze-like streets and enjoy a drink or two in the evening.
