What is the check in and check out times of your villas?
Check in is at 16.00 and check out is at 10.00. Currently, we are unable to be flexible on these times.
Why do you need API (Advanced Passenger Information) and flight information?
It is a legal requirement that the villa owner be supplies this information to the local government. Please forward this important information to us as soon as possible.
Where should I input the API (Advanced Passenger Information) and flight information?
Please log into the MY BOOKING section on our site and select the correct booking. You can then provide this information in the Passengers and Flight Details sections respectively.
What will happen if I don’t provide the API (Advanced Passenger Information) and flight information?
If we don’t have your API’s, then you will not be able to access the property, since we will only release the directions and key collection information once we have received API and flight information.
As this is a legal requirement, we are unable to make any exceptions.
When and how will I receive the key collection information?
Provided that you have filled in the API information and flight details, the travel documents will be sent able to access this information via the “MY BOOKING” area of our site approximately 21 days prior to travel.
How can I find out the villa address?
This will be listed in the travel documents sent over to you 21 days prior to travel, but if you haven’t received this yet, please contact the Concierge team.
Do you offer early check-in/late check-out?
We are unfortunately not offering early check-in or late check-out in any of our properties for the 2023 season.
Luggage Storage Options
We are unable to offer you an early check into your villa as it is often occupied on the day of your arrival until 10:00 and we have a deep cleaning and maintenance procedure that must be adhered to prior to your arrival.
For security purposes, your luggage cannot be left at the villa prior to your official check in time of 16:00.
However, we do have the below secure local luggage storage options that are available to you prior to check in and post check out:
Will my Villa Manager be there to meet me at the airport?
No.
We do have Villa Managers in each Resort, most work solely for Solmar Villas and some are house managers for the specific villa.
Unless you request a visit here your Villa Managers will not visit, but will be at the end of the phone should you require support in resort.
Will I receive any support whilst in resort?
We have dedicated Villa Manager in most of our destinations, available to provide direct support when called upon.
They are passionate, hardworking, and highly knowledgeable about their destination and surrounding areas, after having lived there for many years.
As such, they can communicate fluently in the local language and are also familiar with local laws and customs. Should you need their assistance while on holiday, their contact information can be found in your travel documents.
We arrive late, can you arrange a food pack?
For most of our villas a food pack can be ordered for your arrival. We recommend clients arriving after 18:00 do order a food pack.
Below is a guide as to the contents which can be expected. Please note the cost of the items in the food pack are usually circa 50% of the cost, the rest is payment for the time taken to shop and then deliver the items to the villa.

Will there be a safe in the villa?
Most likely yes, however we advise all clients not to take valuables with them and if you do to keep them with you at all times.
What do villa rental rates cover?
The rental rates per villa per week and not per person. In addition, there are no 'under occupancy' or 'accommodation only' surcharges!
Villa rental will include in the majority of cases: Preparation, linen, towels (excluding poolside towels) pool maintenance, water, electricity, gardening and various levels of maid service are included.
Where addition charges are made locally, these are shown on the optional extra pricing section of the individual villa which will be displayed once the villa has been added to the basket.
