With your holiday fast approaching, we understand you will be considering what to do next.

If you haven't booked flights with Solmar Villas and restrictions on travel are affecting your holiday plans, please get in touch with us to discuss your options.
If you are looking to change your holiday plans, the sooner you can request these changes the better. Any amendments will be at the accommodation providers discretion and may incur charges.
Solmar have provided its clients with flexibility to move bookings and reiterated the need to ensure you have adequate insurance in place as this forms an integral part of your booking with us (Booking T&Cs).
Solmar Villas is committed to continue to support any clients unable to take their holiday with insurance claims documentation and confirmations.
If your policy doesn’t cover these, or you still haven’t purchased insurance please ensure you do so as soon as possible to avoid any future financial loss.
Many destinations have implemented specific protocols around safety and cleaning in self-catering accommodation which our villa operators will be required to adhere to for your safety and peace of mind. We will add any information received to our website as soon as available online.
For clients travelling AFTER the 27th March 2021
We understand you may be feeling apprehensive about your holiday, however we have introduced our Travel Restriction Guarantee Scheme, which can be added to your booking up to the balance due date. It is important that you pay your balance on time as any bookings where the balance is not received will be automatically cancelled.
If you have added the "TRG" to your booking, you will be able to move your booking should you wish to do so up to 30 days before travel for any destinations already restricted, or within 30 days if your destination becomes restricted within those 30 days.
If you don't have TRG added to your booking and you wish to cancel or amend your booking, our standard booking terms and conditions will apply.
