Migration Instructions - Mobile
Monday Morning - Go ahead after 8am!

1. Go to settings app on your mobile
2. Go to Mail
3. Go to Accounts
4. Click on your Solmar Villas Account - this may show as Exchange.
5. Click Delete / Remove Account
6. Go to the Teams App on your phone
7. Click on your initials / photo
8. Go to Settings
9. Scroll to bottom and click Sign out / Log out
10. If you are logged into Sharepoint / One Drive / Excel etc. make sure you sign out of them.
11. Go to the Microsoft Authenticator App
12. Click on the entry that has "Solmar Villas Ltd" on, open it up.
If you are prompted - log out of ALL apps on this device.
13. Click the cog in the left corner.
14. Click Remove / Delete
15. Go to the App Store on your phone and search for "Outlook".
16. You need to install this on your mobile, as this what you will use for emails going forward.
17. Once it is downloaded, open the app and click on "Add Account".
18. Log in with your email address - make sure it has @solmarvillas.com at the end.
19. Log in with the password below:
SV-parent-dertour-2023*
20. This should prompt you to go to Microsoft Authenticator App.
21. Follow the instructions on the screen and reset your password
** It needs to be at least 15 characters long
** You NEED to remember it
22. Follow the steps on the screen to connect the account to Microsoft Authenticator.
23. Open the Outlook App.
24. Add account
25. Log in with your normal email address and the new password that you set before.
26. Open the Teams App.
27. Log in with your normal email address and the new password that you set before.
