After you have booked

We arrive late, can you arrange a food pack?

For most of our villas a food pack can be ordered for your arrival. We recommend clients arriving after 18:00 do order a food pack. Below is a guide as to the contents which can be expected. Please note the cost of the items in the food pack are usually circa 50% of the cost, the rest is payment for the time taken to shop and then deliver the items to the villa. Please visit the 'My Booking' area where you can add to your booking by clicking on the Accommodation Extras box. You will need your 5 digit order ID to access your reservation.

Is my personal data safe?

We will keep your personal details secure and use the information you provide consistently with applicable privacy and data protection laws and the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Check in times?

Entry is from 16:00 (4pm) and check-out time is 10:00 (10am). Please take this into account when booking your flights.

 

How do I get my holiday documents?

Please visit the 'My Booking' area to view your reservations and download your documents. Directions will be available within 3 weeks of arrival and once you have provided us with your API information. Please note that we will not email you your directions documents.

Will there be an iron?

All of our villas are equipped with an iron and board for guest use.

Will there be a hairdryer?

All of our villas are eqipped with a hairdryer, however they may not be as powerful as those available in the UK. Therefore if you have specific requirements it may be advisable to pack a hairdryer in your luggage.

What services are included at the villa?

Villa rental will include in the majority of cases: preparation, linen, towels (excluding poolside towels), pool maintenance, water, elecricity and gardening. Any additional charges which need to be paid locally will be displayed on the 'optional extra pricing' esction of the individual villa once it has been added to the basket.

Will my rep be there to meet me at the airport?

No. We do have representatives in each Resort, most work solely for Solmar Villas and some are house managers for the specific villa. Unless you request a visit here your rep will not visit, but will be at the end of the phone should you require support in resort.

 

Will there be a cot and highchair?

Yes if requested, please visit the 'My Booking' area where you can add to your booking by clicking on the Accommodation Extras box. You will need your 5 digit order ID to access your reservation.

 

Can I add car hire or transfers or extras such as cots and highchairs after booking?

Yes, please visit the 'My Booking' area where you can add extras to your booking as required. You will need your 5 digit order ID to access your reservation. If you are adding car hire or transfers, we will need your flight details to confirm the booking, this can be submitted here.

Can I have Early check-in / Late check-out?

Check in time is from 4pm and checkout 10am and as you can appreciate the cleaners have an entire house and grounds to prepare between these times. Outside of peak season there may be the option to add an early check in or late checkout for £50.00. Please contact us to see if this is possible, but we may not be able to confirm until closer to your arrival. If you need help with luggage storage or somewhere to stay for the last day, please contact your local representative.

 

How can I pay the balance of my holiday?

Please visit the 'My Booking' area and pay by debit or credit card online. For American Express payments please call 0808 302 3422.  Payment can be also be made by bank transfer (please contact us for the bank details).

How do I change my booking?

We can take a look at amending your reservation, however there will be an administration charge as detailed in paragraph 5 of our Terms and Conditions.  Please contact us if you would like to enquire about making changes.

 

Will there be a safe in the villa?

Most likely yes, however we advise all clients not to take valuables with them and if you do to keep them with you at all times.

Is extra cleaning available?

Extra cleaning is available in a lot of the resorts and charged around €10-€15 which is paid locally. Please contact your local representative or house manager on arrival to arrange.
