How do I get my holiday documents?

Please register and log in to the client area to view your reservations and download your documents. Directions etc. will be available within 3 weeks of arrival. Please note you are not registered during the booking process so you will need to do this to log in.

Can I have Early / Late check in?

Contractually we have to allow the cleaners from 10:00 until 16:00 to prepare the villa for the next arrivals. You can request early check in or late departure during the booking process for £50.00 or contact us to see if this is possible. We may not be able to confirm until closer to your arrival. If you need help with luggage storage or somewhere to stay for the last day, please contact your representative.

How do I change my booking?

To change the dates, duration or Accommodation on a confirmed booking please complete the following form. We recommend you read section 5 of the Booking Terms and Conditions prior to completing this form: Booking Change Form

Will there be a safe in the villa?

Most likely yes, however we advise all clients not to take valuables with them and if you do to keep them with you at all times

How can I pay the balance of my holiday?

Either log on to your account and pay by debit or credit card online. Payment can be also be made by bank transfer (please contact us for bank details) or by cheque but cleared funds must be received 5 working days prior to the balance being due. Please make cheques payable to Solmar Villas and post to 13 Faraday Court, First Avenue, Centrum 100, Burton Upon Trent, Staffordshire DE14 2WX.

Will there be a cot and highchair?

Yes if requested - Please add to your basket during the booking process or log into the client area to add to existing bookings.

We arrive late, can you arrange a food pack?

Yes we can. For most of our villas a food pack can be ordered for your arrival. We recommend clients arriving after 18:00 do order a food pack. Below is a guide to what contents can be expected. Please note the cost of the items in the food pack are usually circa 50% of the cost, the rest is payment for the time taken to shop for the items and deliver them to the villa.

Will my rep be there to meet me at the airport?

No. You need to download your holiday information pack from the client area, this will include your directions, key location and local rep/contact information. We do advise you research your route prior to travel though and we do have representation in resort should you require any help locating your villa.

Can I add car hire or transfers or extras such as cots and highchairs after booking?

Yes - please log in to the client area (you will need to register first) to add extras, car hire and transfers to your existing bookings

Is extra cleaning available?

Extra cleaning is available in a lot of the resorts and charged around €10-€15 which is paid locally. Please contact your local representative or house manager on arrival to arrange.

Check in times?

Entry is usually around 16:00 (4pm) and departure at 10:00 (10am) Please take this in to account when booking your flights.
