All bookings are bound by our standard Booking Terms and Conditions including our cancellation policy which can be seen here.

Flights must be paid in full at the time of booking and is not part of the Pay Monthly scheme.

Final balance payment must be paid no later than 8 weeks (56 days) prior to your holiday start date.

If you decide to cancel your booking and the cancellation charge payable at that time exceeds the amount you have paid on the Pay Monthly scheme, the difference between the amount you have already paid and the amount of the cancellation charge will be immediately payable.

If, after making your booking and the Pay Monthly agreement has been set up, you add a component(s) (e.g. car hire, transfers or villa extras), the supplement payable for these will be excluded from the Pay Monthly scheme and will be payable directly to Solmar Villas no later than the final balance due date.
