Once you have successfully passed your probationary period, we would like to offer you the fantastic benefit of saving up to £750 off the price of a Solmar villa holiday.
We have some beautiful villas that we would like you, our employees, to enjoy. You need to book your villa holiday through our sales team using the villa voucher scheme and it must be used towards the cost of an 'Exclusive' villa only and not the ancillary products (i.e. car hire, flights etc.)

What is the amount I can spend on a holiday with a voucher?
The holiday voucher entitles you to a discount of £750 on an 'Exclusive' villa of your choice. There is no limit to what you spend but there is a limit to the voucher on offer.
How do I book?
Once you have identified somewhere you would like to book, you should then contact the sales team to book your villa. And let them know that you would like to book your voucher.
Should I agree my annual leave up front?
Yes, you should agree your annual leave with your line manager before you book the villa.
Will the company offer additional holiday days?
The company will not offer any additional holiday days with this incentive.
What is the approval process for taking up the offer?
A senior line manager within the business needs to approve the voucher reservation at the point of booking.
Do I need to have passed my probationary period to qualify?
Yes, this benefit is open to those who have successfully passed their probationary period.
Who is entitled to this benefit?
All our team members within the Solmar family, whether you are employed directly by the company, through an agency of record or you are self employed and work with us. This is a benefit so for those who do not work directly for the company, if you do take up this benefit, then you need to declare it as a benefit for tax purposes.
Is this open to family and friends?
You can take your family and friends with you on your holiday but you must be the lead passenger on the booking.
Can I use this multiple times throughout the year?
You can use once every 12 months with a senior manager's authorisation.
