You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Complete with an outdoor whirlpool, pool table, private pool, and air conditioning throughout, there's a lot on offer. Step inside the large open-plan living space comprising cosy lounge, dining area, and modern fully-equipped kitchen. The neutral design is sleek and contemporary with crisp white walls reflecting the light that seeps in through the huge windows. Sliding doors allow you to easily step onto the pool terrace and steps lead internally and externally to upper levels. Each of the bedrooms has ample space to feel at home, private balconies, and also ensuite facilities.
Spend your valuable holiday moments lounging around the poolside or get out and explore the local area. A stroll away is a handful of restaurants, magnificent sea views, and shops to grab the essentials. The main Kalkan marina and pier can be reached in 25 minutes or visit the old town full of history with bars, cafes, and shops dotted in its narrow streets.
