You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa El Portet Overview
With direct access straight onto Moraira's beloved El Portet beach, aptly named Villa El Portet is a fantastic choice for groups of up to 10. Spread across multiple levels are excellent facilities to cater to a large group and provide comfort as well as ease.
Enter on the ground floor and down the corridor leading to the bright and spacious living quarters with comfortable seating and a Satellite TV opening onto a balcony with breathtaking views. The dining area leads off this room and also has patio doors accessing the terrace, for amazing views all around. In the kitchen, you'll find all the essentials including a dishwasher and even a breakfast bar. Also on this level, you'll find the first ensuite bedroom, with a double bed, air conditioning, and access to the sea view terrace. Heading up to the first floor, you'll come to another double room with air conditioning and balcony access which shares the use of an adjacent bathroom. Further down the corridor are three twin rooms all fully air-conditioned and sharing a further family bathroom. Throughout the villa, you'll find homely touches and subtle decoration as the interior lets the external views speak for themselves.
The spacious pool terrace is surrounded by greenery and accessed by external steps from the ground floor. Here you'll find sun loungers surrounding the large pool and facing the glistening Spanish sea. Take shade under the large covered terrace which has access to a service kitchen, pantry, and toilet ideal for long days spent around your private pool.
Ideally located with access straight onto the beach, you don't have to stray far from your front door to take a dip in Moraira's crystal waters. Also within close walking distance are restaurants offering seafood and authentic local cuisine. Head up the hill and explore the walking trails one of which leads to Cueva de les Cendres an archeological site. The main resort is a very short drive away and the parking at the villa makes it ideal for hiring a car to explore the local area.
