Nestled within the North Mallorcan countryside sits Villa Roma Nou. This spectacular property is a must see, surrounded by evergreen bushes and offering stunning views of the Tramuntana Mountains from the terrace and garden. The large 9x4 metre pool with classic roman steps and dotted with reclining sun loungers make for an ideal day by the pool. There's even a ping pong table for your entertainment. Why not have a game with friends and family as the sun shines down? A brick-built BBQ and alfresco dining complete the terrace. Mallorca is without a doubt famous for it's delicious food, why not make the most of the alfresco cooking facilities and whip up some tasty traditional dishes.

Off the covered terrace a door leads you into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher and dining facilities. From the terrace you also have direct access to the living room, with patio doors, comfortable seating and another dining table. There are three bedrooms in total, the master double has an ensuite shower room, whilst the remaining two bedrooms, another double and one twin room share a separate bathroom. There's also a third washroom with a shower, toilet and basin located outside off the terrace.

The ancient town of Pollensa is just a short 5-minute drive away, with historic back streets filled with boutique shops and trendy cafes offering sweet pastries and cool coffees. This beautiful town is definitely worth a visit!
