You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

In the kitchen, you'll find all the essentials from dishwasher to microwave to ensure you have an easygoing self-catering experience. All bedrooms have air conditioning and crisp whitewashed walls for you to retire into a refreshing room after a long day in the Pollensa sun. The bedrooms share a family bathroom and guests have the use of an additional shower room with external access.
Surrounded by hedges, Villa Magraneta has a delightful outdoor space with an inviting private pool. Soak up the rays on the sun loungers or take shade under the covered terrace and enjoy a meal alfresco at the dining table. A brick-built barbeque is also provided for you to enjoy grill nights.
The charming town of Pollensa is beloved for how surrounded by nature it is. Local amenities can be reached within a short drive and even the shores of Puerto Pollensa are less than 4km away.
