You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Allowing you to embrace outdoor living and make the most of the glorious weather, the property is set amongst an idyllic Mediterranean garden, complete with private swimming pool and all the furniture you need to spend the day outdoors.
With a dedicated dining space, the traditional, covered BBQ area is perfect for cooking up al fresco meals with friends and family during poolside afternoons or balmy evenings under the stars.
Inside, the property is welcoming and tastefully decorated in a style that is traditional to the local area, with fresh white walls and cosy exposed beams.
With space to comfortably accommodate six people, the three bedrooms include one double complete with double bed, and two twin rooms, each with two single beds. One of the two bathrooms offers a luxurious bath, while the other is equipped with a shower, allowing you to relax in your preferred way, whether you’re cooling down after a long day in the sun or looking for a refreshing way to start the day.
Designed for communal living with all the family, the kitchen is furnished with everything you need to cook up everything from light lunches and buffet breakfasts, to fully family dinners. You’ll find a fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, and all the necessary utensils.
Fully air conditioned, the property also benefits from Wi-Fi and private parking. And, if you’re travelling with younger children, a high chair and cot are provided.

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm with 0 steps. The front door has a width of 86cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 98cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 100cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat, there is 1 step from the sliding terrace door to the terrace. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
