You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Set in an unbeatable location close to Pollença Old Town and Puerto Pollença, this beautiful villa is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday in the sunshine.
Step inside the deceptively spacious white villa, and you’ll be greeted by typical Mallorcan décor - think white walls, tiled floors, and exposed beams. The living area is cosy and inviting, with high ceilings, comfy seating, and a tv for relaxing after a long day in the sun exploring the local area.
The open plan space then flows into a dining area complete with table and chairs for family meals and games nights, before finally reaching the fully fitted and incredibly functional kitchen. As well as all the appliances and utensils you need to cook up a storm, the kitchen also offers a convenient breakfast bar - so you can chat and socialise while preparing a feast! With space to accommodate four guests, there are two bedrooms, one with a spacious double bed and another with two single beds.
This charming villa has very much been designed with outdoor living in mind with a relaxing, well-kept garden providing breath-taking views over the surrounding countryside. The inviting swimming pool is a great spot to cool off, or lay back and relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers. There is also a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, ideal for al fresco meals and reflecting on the day with a refreshing drink as the sun goes down.

To access the villa there is a path which is 155cmwith 0 steps. The front door has a width of 110cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 110cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 350cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat, there are a small step from the terrace to the pool area. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 60cm.
