You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

The villa really is a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed the calm but still being close to Alcudia and Pollenca. However, the place was not well cleaned. Bed linen smelled and were dirty, bread crumbs everywhere, dishes not clean, bathrooms smelled and were not well cleaned. Thanks to the manager at least the coffee machine could be replaced which wasn't working. However, despite her arranging for the cleaners to come over again, the bed linen were not changed and cleaning couldn’t be noticed.

The villa was newly renovated to a lovely finish. It is very comfortable and peaceful. Perfect place to relax. We went during Easter and took as extra a heater. I'm glad we did as the house felt a bit cold. It was a small portable fan heater, great for moving from room to room, especially for warming up the bathroom! We contacted Solmar Villas and they were excellent at solving any concerns we had. We had a great time, we would go back without hesitation, and we would book through Solmar Villas again.
