Built into the hillside immediately above the bay, in just a short walk you can lay your towel out on the shore and sink your toes in its calm, crystal-clear waters. Looking out over the bay of Plataria, it’s the sort of place where your coffee goes cold as you stare across the coastal and mountainous landscape and with Plataria or Sivota just a short drive away you are spoilt for choice for water side restaurants and cafés to frequent. Surrounded by a lush garden, the swathes of colourful flowers, exotic plants, and palm trees add to the serene setting. This is a great house for an extended family holiday. There's plenty of space and plenty of opportunity for various family units and age groups to be together here.

Villa Milena Sivota has its feet firmly planted in tradition, built to blend with the typical age-old architecture of the mainland with classic rustic stone walls and terracotta roofs. The interior design mirrors its traditional character, but with a modern twist thanks to the contemporary furnishings and minimalist décor. The charming whitewashed fireplace brings some Greek flavour into the living room, which is surrounded by plush sofas to sink into. In contrast, the kitchen is chic and stylish, with sleek cabinets and plenty of high-end appliances to cook up a feast. Extremely spacious living areas on the raised ground floor then lead up to an upper level with double bedroom and additional single bed and guest WC. The views from this upper level are not surprisingly panoramic. The remaining four bedrooms are stretched across the lower ground floor, with three doubles (one with an additional single bed) and a twin room. This level leads directly out to the pool terrace and barbecue and also offers a handy kitchenette. The door between the two units can be closed or open depending on how that works for your group.

The large pool is placed to the side of the house with a terrace surrounding it and plenty of sunbeds to laze on, with the beach just down the hill the hardest decision will be where to swim next? Beach or pool..?
