Recently completed just behind the supremely popular Lambis Athina and Lambis Harmonia villas, this lovely little gem of a house is a perfect 'home from home' for a couple or a small family. Protected by a high wall and situated in a pretty courtyard the pool, with Jacuzzi jet section, is raised above the remaining terrace. There is a built in barbecue for alfresco dining and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the peace.

All of this and just a short easy stroll to the nearby shops and restaurants. This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 160cm wide along with 1 step up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 80cm and other doors that access the pool area are 80cm. Paths from the villa to the pool are 90cm wide and there are 3 steps up to the pool. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 71cm wide which is the main bedroom and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 71cm wide which is the shower room.
