You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Diamond Hill Villa is an incredible holiday home, located between Kallithea and Koskinou Village and offering a private swimming pool and uninterrupted views to the sea. The property is only a 5-minute drive away from Kallithea beach and is a short drive from the city of Rhodes. It provides you with the perfect setting for a unique holiday and conveniently accommodates up to 8 guests.
This magnificent villa features large interior spaces with elegant-minimalistic design that creates a welcoming atmosphere, as well as exceptional outdoor spaces with amazing sea views and amenities. The villa has 4 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, all with double beds. One of the rooms features an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There are two further bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another with a shower. There is an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a welcoming sitting area as well as a spacious living sand dining area.
Diamond Hill Villa also has incredible outdoor spaces, with a garden surrounding the magnificent pool area that’s equipped with parasols and sun beds, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed time under the golden rays of the Rhodian sun. The villa offers a pergola with a beautiful brick built bbq area including seating for all guests where you can enjoy a truly unique outdoor gathering.
