You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Villa Konstantina Overview
Peacefully sitting in a flower filled garden and surrounded by olive groves, backed by dramatic hills, Villa Konstantina is an easy walk slightly uphill from the fishing village of Katelios, so that open sea views can be enjoyed from the pool area, terraces and upper balconies.
Built in traditional Ionian style the house is very spacious with a light filled living/dining room with large patio doors leading out to a shaded terrace and the pool terrace. An open plan kitchen is well equipped and on this floor there is also a guest WC. All three bedrooms are on the first floor, offering lovely sea views and en suite shower rooms. Beautifully decorated in romantic style, with some gorgeous art work and lots of character this is a really comfortable and charming “home from home”. The terraces, shaded and open are surrounded by beautifully tended gardens, and a large paved terrace around the pool. In addition a built in BBQ and shaded dining area ideal for al fresco meals as well as a comfortable shady sitting area…all in all a great house for a family or group of friends.
Katelios is an idyllic spot, a few tavernas along the water front, a mini market and a couple of café/bars. The beach lies alongside the tiny fishing harbour – just outside the village the beach of Aghia Varvara is an alternative for swimming and sunbathing and Skala is just a ten minute drive away.

Resort Description
Katelios is a little gem of a resort almost at the southernmost point of Kefalonia island and just 5km from the better known resort of Skala.
Backed by mountains, this traditional fishing village which is still very much operational with the daily catch being brought into the tiny harbour each morning, is perfect for a lazy, laid back and relaxing holiday by the sea.
As you would expect, a selection of restaurants serving excellent fresh fish and seafood are available along with a few café’s and the odd bar. These are supplemented by a couple of minimarkets stocking the essentials you will require for a perfect holiday – and if you are looking for more vibrant nightlife, Skala is only a short drive away.
Just five minutes drive away one of the largest sandy beaches on the island, Mouda beach, or Turtle beach as it is often known, is waiting with its endless expanse of sand.

Very comfortable and well maintained. Facilities staff tended pool gardens and did a sheet and towel change midweek plus mopped the floors which was a nice touch. Our only bit of helpful feedback would be that it was really difficult to find at midnight when we arrived on a late flight. No sign on the gravel road to indicate it was there. Luckily our friends dropped a pin on Google maps otherwise we would not have found it. It really needs signage. But that is the only helpful suggestion we could add. The rest was great. The villa is minimally decorated which suited us fine and the evening lit gardens very charming. Would recommend!

The villa is very beautiful and it has a fantastic swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The location is perfect between the mountains and also a great view of the sea. The villa contains everything to make your holiday complete. I would recommend it! I would love to go back next year, same villa at the lovely island Kefalonia.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Katelios, villa was perfect in terms of size for our family of 4 and the pool was lovely with well kept outside areas. We had a couple of issues the first night, but the rep was prompt to respond and the owner visited to check they had been sorted. They also kindly visited the villa to help us when we locked the keys inside! Kefalonia is lovely and Katelios has some great snorkelling beaches within a stones throw. We also hired a boat from Katelios and had an amazing day visiting beaches along the coastline. Really relaxing stay.

Myself and five other family members (4 adults, 2 children) spent the most wonderful week in Villa Konstantina in late May-early June. The villa exceeded our expectations and was even more pretty than the online pictures suggested which is saying something. The facilities were faultless and the villa and it's grounds were spotless. We were fortunate enough to meet the owners during our stay who made us feel extremely welcome in every way, they were such friendly people. It is clear that they really care and it is for this reason the villa is kept to such a high standard, we can't wait to return!

The most beautiful villa I’ve ever stayed in! The perfect Greek villa. It had everything and more to make the holiday complete, and the grounds/gardens were pristine. The owners were wonderful when we had a small problem with one of our party and we’re very caring and courteous. Solmar Villas really looked after everything, would book with them again in a heartbeat.

This was such a pretty villa. The villa was imaginatively decorated and the garden was fully of beautiful plants and flowers. The owners left us a welcome fruit bowl and bottles of water and wine. The beach and restaurants were less than a mile walk, and it was a lovely stroll in the evenings. The villa was well maintained and clean. The Wi-Fi worked well and there was plenty of parking. We really look forward to returning.

We loved Villa Konstantina and Kateleios. The villa is spacious, spotlessly clean, very well equipped and decorated with lots of interesting artwork and artifacts. The service was great, with a mid week clean and linen change and regular discrete extras such as emptying the outside bin. The swimming pool is a fantastic size and depth and the choice of outside seating areas and the view of the sea and hills are truly lovely. Kateleios is a really nice friendly village only 15 minutes walk away with a much wider selection of restaurants, bars and tavernas than we expected as well as a handy beach. Mounda beach is fabulous and only 15 minutes drive away. All in all perfect for a relaxing holiday.
