Set in a beautiful, secluded garden and just a stones throw from the edge of the stunning Lake Korission, stands Villa Lefki Limni. Ideal for families the fabulous sandy beach of Halikouna is just a few minutes flat stroll away and several local tavernas are also within easy walking distance.

The perfect spot for a relaxing beach holiday, Halikouna Beach offers kilometres of pristine sandy beach, clear seas, a couple of beach bars and a very popular wind surfing and wake boarding centre. You can return to the peaceful haven of your villa after a hard days sunbathing or enjoying the water-based activities, to a drink on the terrace or a dip in the pool, all rounded off with dinner grilled on your own bbq and enjoyed in the privacy of the garden.

The villa itself is spread over two floors with an attractive sitting room leading out, via patio doors, to the garden and pool, a well-equipped kitchen, and a guest WC. Up a few steps to two bedrooms on the raised ground floor each with their own ensuite shower rooms. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, a double with a private balcony with views to the lake and the sea beyond, and one small single.

The generous sized pool sits in the middle of the lawned garden and there is an area of permanent shade for those who wish to escape the sun, but plenty of sunbathing area for those who do not! Ping pong beckons when the heat of the day subsides.

The villa is on one level. To access the villa there 3 steps to the front door, the front door is 85cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining are open plan, there are 3 steps from the living/kitchen area to the ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 110cm wide, the grounds around the pool has grass and there are 4 steps from the terrace to the pool, however, there is a small metal ramp that can be used instead of the steps. The pool has steps with no handrails. The ground-floor bedroom doors are 80cm wide and the ground-floor bathroom door is 60cm wide, this is a shower-type bathroom.
