To access the villa there is a path which is 176cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 82cm wide. The lounge door is 290cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 170cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 106cm wide, there are 2 steps down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 290cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the mature garden grounds are gravelled. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom doors are 73cm wide, the bathroom is a shower type. There are 16 steps leading to the first floor level.
