You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Argaka Heights Overview
Surrounded by Cypriot countryside, Villa Argaka Heights is a beautiful retreat offering breathtaking sea views and a spacious outdoor terrace. Sunny Mezze lunches have never looked so good! There's a beamed terrace with a six-seater dining table and brick-built BBQ for home-cooked evening meals and grilled seafood starters. We loved the magnificent sea views, a gorgeous backdrop with blue as far as the eye can see, and the mountainous coastline in the far distance. As well as an impressive 10m pool, you have an evergreen garden towards the front of the property, filled with Mediterranean palm trees and tropical bushes.
This villa is split over two levels, the ground floor and a first floor. The ground floor is where you enter the property, and from here you can access the spacious living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There's also a twin bedroom on this level, with patio doors and access to a separate shower room. The first floor is where you'll find the remaining two bedrooms, both double ensuites with a balcony each, ideal for a nightcap as you plan tomorrow's adventures and watch the boats sail along the horizon.
For larger groups, Villa Argaka Heights can be booked alongside its neighbouring villa Villa Argaka Vista.
