The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 91cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 84cm wide. The lounge door is 170cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 63cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door is 122cm wide, the path to the pool is 92cm wide. The outside grounds are flat, tiled and even, the garden borders are gravelled. The pool has steps.
