You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Green Valley 3 is a must-see! Located closeby to the town of Polis, this gorgeous villa is ideal for those wanting to explore this part of the island. The old town of Polis is worth a visit, with its old-style restaurants, seafood tavernas and cocktail bars. There's even a local museum for those who love to learn about the local area and its rich history. Ideally located, Green Valley is only 400m from nearby eateries, ideal for an evening meal with friends and family. Alternatively, if you like cooking then make use of the portable BBQ back at the villa. An open terrace features alfresco dining, a great spot for lunch!
Lazy days can be spent by the pool, topping up your tan on one of the reclining sun loungers, or enjoying a splash around in the 8m pool to cool off from the midday sun. Patio doors lead from the terrace to the lounge area, open plan this spacious room is ideal for entertaining and relaxing. In one corner you have the cosy sofas and a smart TV, next to this we find the dining table and in the far corner the modern kitchen with all the latest appliances. There's one bedroom on the ground floor, a double room with access to a separate shower room. On the first floor, we find the remaining two bedrooms, both with a private ensuite and cool air conditioning.

The lounge door is 274cm wide and the litchen/dining room door is 240cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 85cm wide, the path to the pool is 332cm wide. The outside grounds are flat, tiled and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 78cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 64cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level.
