You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 82cm wide. The lounge door is 129cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 125cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 200cm wide, the path to the pool is 200cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor.
