You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Napa Bay View 7 sits in a corner plot within this must-see villa complex. No doubt, the pool terrace is where you'll all be spending most of your time. Soak up the rays in style on one of the sun loungers, whilst surrounded by artificial lawn and towering trees to give you that spot of natural shade. For your morning tea break, there's a cosy garden sofa overlooking the pool. A great place to sit back, relax and plan your day ahead.
Inside, this spacious villa has four generous bedrooms making it ideal for up to eight guests. With complimentary air conditioning, you'll be able to enjoy a good night's sleep whilst kept cool from the summer heat. Downstairs, we find a large open-plan living space, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining facilities, and a smart TV for your entertainment.
For meals out, you're just a short 3-minute drive from the centre of Ayia Napa, with its local tavernas, bars and lounges, international cuisines and ice cream parlours. For meals with that extra something special, there's a number of restaurants down by the harbourside.
