- By participating in the Prize Draw Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

- Eligibility: Entrants must be over the age of 18 years. This competition is not open to Solmar Villas employees, third parties or any person involved in the running of the competition, or their immediate family members.

- The winning prize is a holiday voucher for the value of your villa booking (for the price of the villa only), eligible to spend on any future booking by 31/12/2024
- Solmar Villas reserves the right to end this competition at any time, and without notice, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside its control
- No cash alternative is available in whole or in part, except, in the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner. The Promoter will not be liable for any cancellations, alterations or modifications to the promotion as detailed above or the prize for any reason which falls outside its reasonable control. Prize cannot be sold or transferred. Solmar Villas reserves the right to disqualify any entry, which breaches any of these rules.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winner and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms & conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms & conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
