1. By participating in the Prize Draw Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
2. Promoter: Solmar Villas Ltd, Suite 13, Faraday Court, Centrum 100, Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, DE14 2WX. Please do not send entries to this address.
3. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
4. Closing date for entries is Sunday 12th March 2023 at 11.59pm.
5. Eligibility: Entrants must be over the age of 18 years. This competition is not open to Solmar Villas employees, third parties or any person involved in the running of the competition, or their immediate family members.
6. To qualify for entry into the prize draw, entrants must either:
   1. 'Like' the competition post on Instagram.
   2. Follow Solmar Villas on Instagram (@solmarvillas).
   3. Tag a friend in the comments.
7. OR:
   1. 'Like' the competition post on Facebook.
   2. Leave a comment telling us who you'd take with you.
8. All qualifying entries will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw. If you do not wish to be entered into the Prize Draw, direct message us on Instagram and message us on Facebook.
9. The competition will be allocated randomly and the Solmar Villas representative’s decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The prize may only be taken as stated and cannot be deferred, sold or transferred.
11. The winning prize for the draw is a 7 night stay at Villa Gelos in Protaras, Cyprus, for dates 9th-16th April 2023, for a maximum of 10 guests (excluding infants). Any holiday extras such as flights or transport are excluded.
12. The Prize Draw will take place following the closure of the promotion. The winner will be sent a direct message on either Instagram or Facebook to the profile used to ‘like’ and 'comment' on the post.
13. You must supply full details when requested, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
14. By participating in the promotion you agree to your data being handled in this manner. Your data will not be used for any other purpose unless you have given express permission.
15. Solmar Villas reserves the right to end this competition at any time, and without notice, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside its control.
16. Winner Selection: A winner will be selected under independent supervision using a random computer system producing verifiable random results.
17. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified within 72 hours of the draw date. Following that, the winner will have 72 hours in which to claim the prize and supply all relevant details. If the prize is not claimed within this time, then the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner in accordance with these rules.
18. No cash alternative is available in whole or in part, except, in the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner. The Promoter will not be liable for any cancellations, alterations or modifications to the promotion as detailed above or the prize for any reason which falls outside its reasonable control. Prize cannot be sold or transferred. Solmar Villas reserves the right to disqualify any entry, which breaches any of these rules.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winner and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms & conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms & conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

22. Entries that do not comply with these terms & conditions, or where entrants are found to be abusing the promotion in any way, will result in the disqualification of all relevant entries. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
