To access the villa there is a path which is 95cm wide along with 2 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 155cm and other doors that access the pool area are is the living room door which is 79cm wide and the dining room door which is 67cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 300cm wide and there are small steps around the villa, but just one step to reach pool area and there is a larger step down into the grass area. There is a ladder into the pool, the terrace outside is spacious, pool area is mostly tiles, and there is grass around it. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 76cm wide which can be either of the bedrooms and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 78cm wide which is the shower room. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 77cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 145cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
