Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide along with 4 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 78cm and other doors that access the pool area are 135cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 135cm wide, the grounds are flat, mostly concrete, partially covered and partially grass. The pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 88cm wide which is the double room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 85cm wide which is the shower room. The door into the kitchen/dining room is 77cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 140cm wide. From the downstairs shower room there is a door which leads to the outside patio but there are 3 steps. The entrance wet room door is 52cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
