Contracts Manager - Cyprus

To continue growing our award-winning portfolio, we’re looking for a Contracts Manager – based in Cyprus, to source high-quality villas, secure the best commercial agreements, and build lasting partnerships with villa partners & owners. Paphos is where the majority of our villas are based, and home to our main partners in Cyprus, so you’ll need to be located within 40km of the area.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with a background in villa/accommodation contracting who thrives on building strong relationships, negotiating the best commercial terms, and ensuring every villa we feature delivers excellence for our guests.

What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing, negotiating, and contracting new villas that meet Solmar’s quality and safety standards.
- Building and maintaining strong partner networks, including local property agencies and individual villa owners.
- Conducting in-person inspections of new villas to assess suitability and record safety standards.
- Negotiating agreements to secure the best commercial terms, upgrades, and additional services (e.g. pool heating, food packs).
- Onboarding new partners and ensuring accurate product data, imagery, and audits are delivered on time.
- Monitoring villa performance and working with suppliers to maximise sales opportunities and enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborating with in-resort Villa Managers to ensure villas are guest-ready each season.
- Supporting guest-facing teams by resolving operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Completing necessary admin, reporting, and ensuring destination branding is maintained to Solmar standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in villa or accommodation contracting is essential.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven commercial track record.
- Background in hospitality, tourism, or destination management is highly advantageous.
- Excellent relationship builder – confident with local owners and partners.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English (Greek language skills desirable).
- Competent with Microsoft Office programmes & confident in learning new software (Salesforce experience is advantageous)
- Commercially aware with strong analytical and administrative skills.
