Punta Prima villa holidays are an old favourite for Menorcan getaways, and it's easy to see why! With a long, white sandy beach and calm turquoise waters, this friendly little resort has been welcoming families for years. Villa was clean and spacious with a lovely pool. It was during the heatwave so temperatures all week were around 35degrees. Air conditioning and the pool were vital to keeping cool. In the bedrooms the air conditioning worked really well. The air conditioning in the living area wasn’t that effective though. There was no drive so parking was kerbside which wasn’t easy as building work was underway at a villa a couple of doors away and there were builders vans there during the day most days.

The Villa was in a great location, very quiet and within a couple minutes walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Very spacious and well equipped. Pool was a good size.

To access the villa there are 3 gradual steps then 7 fairly steep steps to the front door, the width of the path is 88cm wide and the front door is 79cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 68cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 79cm wide, the path to the pool is 154cm wide. The outside grounds are flat. The pool has steps.
