You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Nestled away in a quiet street in the popular resort of Punta Prima, Villa Paula is a superb choice to escape and get away from the everyday stresses of life. There are three bedrooms sleeping 5 people, a spacious bathroom with double shower, separate WC, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely lounge/dining area with a pretty balcony to relax with a good book. Outside, hours of fun can be spent splashing around in the beautiful pool or relaxing on a lounger whilst soaking up the hot Mediterranean sun.
When it’s time to explore, the gorgeous beach of Punta Prima with tantalising azure blue water is just a few minutes’ walk away. Alongside the beach, you will also find a good selection of restaurants and shops to explore… everything you need at your fingertips! For fun days out, there is an aqua park within easy reach of the villa and for those seeking cultural hot spots, the capital Mahon is just a short bus ride away.

Villa has had some upgrades like new vinyl flooring throughout and new sun beds and new air conditioning in bedrooms ,only thing we felt was it could do with some new terrace furniture which we felt was a little uncomfortable

Villa is in a great location very close to the beach and restaurants. It is however being advertised as having Wi-Fi which isn’t the case. After contacting the rep during our stay they confirmed there was nothing the provider could do to improve the connection. Very disappointing as my husband had planned to work and had to take additional days off work. There is also no safe in the villa despite the Solmar info provided. Update the property description to take account the above feedback.
