Punta Prima villa holidays are an old favourite for Menorcan getaways, and it's easy to see why! With a long, white sandy beach and calm turquoise waters, this friendly little resort has been welcoming families for years. It retains its charm, though, with no high-rise buildings and plenty of authentic Spanish restaurants should you want to sample the local cuisine. If exploration is your thing, jump on the famous Cami de Cavalls, a coastal path that encircles the island with many fascinating hiking and cycling hotspots. The capital Mahón is a short bus ride away.

To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide along with 1 step but there is also ramp access available. The front door has a width of 80cm and other doors that access the pool area is the double doors in the lounge. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 80cm wide, around the villa is even with a ramp from the terrace to the pool, the entrance drive is made of uneven paving and on is on a slight slope, the road leading up to villa is uneven and the pool has steps with no handrail to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 80cm wide which is the first bedroom on entering and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 80cm wide which is the first bathroom on entering. The kitchen can be reached by a 70cm wide internal door but can also be reached via the patio doors.
