You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

A classic and impressively constructed Spanish finca, Binifortu harmonises with its surroundings. There’s a traditional feel to the exteriors with the soft arches, white stucco walls, and terracotta tiles. Inside, the white walls reflect the sunshine that streams through the windows, creating bright and airy living spaces. Fairly minimalist in their décor, the living areas are designed with a stylish simplicity, with plush furnishings and plain decor. To access the villa there is an open path which is 130cm wide with two steps. The front door has a width of 90cm whilst the other access doors have a width of 110cm. The outside is relatively flat with the lawn surrounding the pool area, there are 16 steps on the external staircase and one large step. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door is 70cm and the widest bathroom door is 70cm. This is a ground floor only villa.
