No hot water when we arrived. On the second night one of the bedroom doors wouldn't open so we had to call out emergency help to get the door open. Lucky our grandson wasn't in there at the time. They managed to open the door and discovered that the hot water had not been turned on.

Stained baths, moldy shower curtain, barely functional toilets. Pool had green to it. Zero start up supplies e.g., no paper towels, toilet paper or bin liners.

To access the villa there is an open path which is 130cm wide with two steps. The front door has a width of 90cm whilst the other access doors have a width of 110cm. The outside is relatively flat with the lawn surrounding the pool area, there are 16 steps on the external staircase and one large step. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door is 70cm and the widest bathroom door is 70cm. This is a ground floor only villa. The width of the door into the lounge is 130cm whilst the door into the kitchen area is 70cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
