Villa is a bit tired and in need of upgrading. The air-conditioning is only in the bedrooms, and so most of the Villa has none. Great view from the garden and the pool is really nice. The dog next door barks a lot and there's a rooster that comes through the hedge every day to use the patio as a toilet. 30 min walk to shops and restaurants, so definitely need a car.

The location of this villa is breathtaking, but unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and a terrifying encounter with the neighbour’s dog. Upon arrival, the villa was in a shocking state. There were muddy footprints on our toddler’s cot and blood-stained sheets - alongside dirty walls and cobwebs everywhere. When we reported this, we were told that cleaners couldn’t be sent back without photographic evidence—a completely unacceptable response to such severe hygiene issues. This was eventually resolved, but not without significant effort on our part On top of this, we faced significant maintenance problems. For half a day, we were left without electricity because of a leaking pipe directly above the fuse board—a basic safety failure that disrupted our stay further. The most distressing issue, however, was the neighbour’s dog. This large, aggressive dog barks relentlessly, day and night, as it is left outside by its owners. When I went to address the noise, the dog attacked and bit me, on the wrist, sending me to hospital. I now have a serious scar (which could have been far worse, possibly fatal). If the dog ever gets through the hedge separating the gardens - which, considering the cockerel that does it each day, is fairly easy to imagine - it could maim or kill a child. I don't enjoy giving bad reviews and really toyed with doing so this time, but the fact is this villa is, firstly, not safe and secondly, is not the "relaxing" holiday people would expect. Avoid!

Nice location. Garden and Pool were lovely . Well equipped. The Villa is tired and in need of a refurbishment. The front door lock broke whilst we were there and we had to stay in until it was replaced. Only 2 towels each provided for the week which were well worn . No pool towels . Other villas we have stayed at have had a midweek towel change and light housekeeping. The Villa next door has a dog that was outside all the time and barking loudly at 7am and various other times throughout the day which was not conducive to a peaceful holiday .

To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide, and has 0 steps. The front door has a width of 130cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 115cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 220cm wide and the grounds are flat and tiled, from the terrace to the pool, there are 3 steps down. All the bedrooms have a door width of 67cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide and the doorway into the lounge area is 187cm. There is a small incline on the driveway and path leading to the front door. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
