Accessibility

To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide, leading to 8 steps to the front door, the front door is 90cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 68cm wide, there are 4 steps leading up to all other living areas from the lounge. To access the pool/terrace area you use the front door, the path to the pool is 102cm wide, there are 4 steps down from the covered terrace to the pool area and 4 steps up from the covered terrace to the alfresco dining area. There are several levels to the outside grounds, the grounds around the pool are tiled and grassed, the terraces are flat and tiled.
