Upon entering, you will find a cosy living room with a dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and other amenities. Both the living room and kitchen have direct access to the outdoor area of the property.
The villa comprises three air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which are furnished with comfortable single beds, while the master bedroom boasts a double bed. All bedrooms share access to two bathrooms equipped with a bathtub.
Ideal for families with young children, this villa offers additional amenities such as a ping pong table and a fantastic barbecue area, covered for use in any weather. The outdoor space also includes a convenient shower room.
The beautiful town of Pollença, is located just 4 km away, it sits at the northernmost point of the Serra de Tramuntana, the island's largest mountain range and nature reserve, surrounded by diverse landscapes. The charming old town of Pollença is home to numerous supermarkets, pharmacies, boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. Puerto de Pollença is approximately 4 km away, boasting a bay with kilometers of sandy beaches, some of which are sheltered by the Formentor peninsula from the wind.

To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide alongside 2 steps, one from the parking area and one into the villa. The front door has a width of 120cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 120cm wide. The terrace is spacious and crazy paved which can be uneven in places. The surrounding garden is made up of lawn. The pool has step access, however the pool also requires steps up, as can be seen in the images, the pool is slightly raised. This is a ground floor property.
