Our Cala San Vicente villas are perfect for those seeking a laid-back holiday in a picturesque setting. Tucked away in the northwest of Majorca at the edge of the Tramuntana mountain range, this old fishing village is full of charm and boasting three sandy beaches right on its doorstep.
The village itself has a few shops and restaurants serving the catch of the day, but just a ten-minute drive away, you'll find the old Roman town of Pollensa, where you can explore the maze-like streets and enjoy a drink or two in the evening.

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 22 steps. The front door has a width of 110cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 85cm wide. The poolside is flat, however, as can be seen in the images, there are a large number of steps leading to the poolside. The sunbeds sit on a lawn area. Inside, there are 2 steps into the dining/lounge area. The ground floor bedroom door is 70cm wide, whilst the bathroom door is also 70cm wide. There are 16 steps to the lower ground floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 150cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
