Situated just a short walk from Cala Barques beach in Cala San Vincente with views from the open terraces to the mountains and famous Cavall Bernat cliffs in the background, Villa Ramis is an excellent choice for your next holiday.

Steps from the ground floor, lead you to the entrance of the villa on the first floor. On entering you are greeted with an open plan lounge and dining room which opens out onto a balcony area overlooking the front of the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads you out onto the open terrace at the rear, where you find the brick built BBQ and alfresco dining. Steps from the terrace leads you down to the inviting swimming pool. The villa also features one double bedroom and three twin bedrooms all benefiting from air conditioning.

Villa Ramis is in a prime location if you do not want to hire a car. The former fisherman's village of Cala San Vincente with its three beaches, restaurants and shops are within a short walk.

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 22 steps. The front door has a width of 110cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 85cm wide. The poolside is flat, however, as can be seen in the images, there are a large number of steps leading to the poolside. The sunbeds sit on a lawn area. Inside, there are 2 steps into the dining/lounge area. The ground floor bedroom door is 70cm wide, whilst the bathroom door is also 70cm wide. There are 16 steps to the lower ground floor.
