To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 138cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 77cm wide. The pool area is flat and tiled. The pool is slightly raised by 1 step, as can be seen in the images. The pool also has step access. Inside, there is 1 step up to the kitchen area. There is one ground floor bedroom. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
