Our Cala San Vicente villas are perfect for those seeking a laid-back holiday in a picturesque setting. Tucked away in the northwest of Majorca at the edge of the Tramuntana mountain range, this old fishing village is full of charm and boasting three sandy beaches right on its doorstep.
The village itself has a few shops and restaurants serving the catch of the day, but just a ten-minute drive away, you'll find the old Roman town of Pollensa, where you can explore the maze-like streets and enjoy a drink or two in the evening.

The villa has 3 steps that access the villa with a path width of 250cm. The front door width is 100cm. The width of any paths from villa to pool are 100cm wide. At the front there are 2 steps down into the garden, 2 steps up the terrace. At the front there is 1 steep step down from the parking area, 1 small step onto the villa terrace and a further step into the villa. The garden and pool areas are mainly flat. The pool has roman steps for entrance. There are 18cm steps from the lounge area to the dining area and kitchen to bedrooms. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm along with the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor is 60cm wide.
