Our Cala San Vicente villas are perfect for those seeking a laid-back holiday in a picturesque setting. Tucked away in the northwest of Majorca at the edge of the Tramuntana mountain range, this old fishing village is full of charm and boasting three sandy beaches right on its doorstep.
The village itself has a few shops and restaurants serving the catch of the day, but just a ten-minute drive away, you'll find the old Roman town of Pollensa, where you can explore the maze-like streets and enjoy a drink or two in the evening.

To access the villa there is a path which is 160cm wide alongside 4 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 110cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. There is 1 step down from the terrace to the lawn area. The pool itself has both step and ladder access. This is a ground-floor property. There are 2 internal steps down to the lounge area. There are 4 internal steps up to the bedrooms from the hallway. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 70cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 190cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
