You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Three stunning, mature palm trees tower over Villa Clavet, providing the tropical backdrop to this stunning villa. Set in the foothills of the Tramuntana region in North Mallorca, it’s a beautifully renovated, four-bedroom farmhouse.
The garden is divine with swaying palms, lush greenery and flowering bushes. A colossal cactus grows at the side of the property and terracotta urns are dotted throughout the garden. The mosaic tiled pool is perfect for the whole family to have fun in and there are plenty of places to pull up a sun lounger. Extending out from the house, a shady terrace hosts an al fresco dining area.
The country farmhouse theme continues inside with honey hued ceiling beams, whitewashed walls and wrought iron chandeliers. Enter the villa via wooden doors into a cosy lounge. There is a farmhouse table for six and a kitchen with a breakfast table too. The bedrooms feature ceiling beams, stone tiled floors and bed strewn with colourful quilts. There are also three pristine bathrooms for guests to share.
Villa Clavet is perfectly positioned, with beautiful views all round. It’s only a short drive down to Cala San Vicente, a petite fishing village. Enjoy local, home cooking in the family run restaurants and sunbathe on quiet sandy shores.

The width of other paths from villa to pool are 70cm along with 2 steps down to the pool area and 1 step down to the sun beds. The pool has roman steps for entrance. From the lounge to the bathroom there are 3 steps. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 65cm and the widest bath/shower room door is also 65cm which is a walk-in shower. Our Cala San Vicente villas are perfect for those seeking a laid-back holiday in a picturesque setting. Tucked away in the northwest of Majorca at the edge of the Tramuntana mountain range, this old fishing village is full of charm and boasting three sandy beaches right on its doorstep.
The village itself has a few shops and restaurants serving the catch of the day, but just a ten-minute drive away, you'll find the old Roman town of Pollensa, where you can explore the maze-like streets and enjoy a drink or two in the evening.
