A large old villa in a quiet countryside location away from any neighbours. Cars drive to restaurants. Large pool and grounds that are great for outdoor living. Inside is an old decor and furniture in keeping with the villa's age and look. Sometimes this older decor and furniture comprises comfort a little. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Villa can Oliva was lovely . A converted olive mill. built around 1775. It has been extensively restored and refurbished to a high standard. but retained many original features. kitchen has electric cooker(could do with instructions as TV could

To access the villa there is a path which is 139cm wide along with 1 step up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 139cm and this is the only door that accesses the pool area. Paths from the villa to the pool are 500cm wide, the grounds are flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. The backyard is terraced all the way to pool and there is 1 step up to pool. Inside there is 1 step from the lounge to the entrance hall. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the nearest is up 14 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 80cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 159cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
