Great house, a lot of space. the location was perfect. close to a beach and nightlife. and within walking distance of cala d'or. the house was fully equipped. especially the washing machine was a godsend.

Large spacious villa. Lovely sized pool and generous amounts of sunbeds. Perfect for relaxing in sun during the day and enjoying evenings in if we wanted to. Great location with shops and restaurants. Close to the Cala D'or marina where there were even more restaurants. Close to a small beach.

The villa has 3 steps to enter and a path which is 200cm wide. The front door is 80cm and other doors that access the pool are the sliding doors in the lounge which are 105cm wide and the bedroom doors which are 137cm wide. The pool area is flat but from the terrace there are 8 steps to get to the pool. There is a ladder into the pool and the terrace space is limited when all the sunbeds are out. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 69cm wide and the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor is 58cm wide. The door into the kitchen is 85cm wide and the door into the lounge area has a width of 120cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
