To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide, leading to 3 steps to the front door, the front door is 140cm wide. The lounge door is 240cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 105cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 120cm wide, the path to the pool is 140cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and level, however there are 4 steps up to the pool area, there is also 1 step down to the grassed area. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 82cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 90cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 19 steps leading to the first floor level.
