Villa Nautilus Overview
This delightful, detached villa is conveniently located in a quiet part of Cala D'Or, just 80m from Es Pou beach with its gently sloping soft sand. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants also within easy walking distance with one just 100m away from the villa.
The master bedroom on the first floor has a large private terrace, air conditioning and an en-suite shower room. On the ground floor there are three other twin bedrooms, a further shower room, a spacious living room with dining area and a separate fitted kitchen. Outside there is a spacious sun terrace with sun beds and a parasol which surrounds the swimming pool. Patio furniture and a brick-built BBQ are provided to enjoy Al Fresco dining. To the rear of the house is a lovely shaded lawn making an ideal children's play area.

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide along with 4 steps. The front door has a width of 76cm and other doors that access the pool area is the lounge door which is 112cm wide and the bedroom door which is 112cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 115cm wide. From the downstairs bedroom to outside there is one step, from the lounge to outside there are 4 steps and from the front door to outside there are 4 steps. The pool has 3 roman steps to enter. To get into the bedroom from the front door is one step. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 68cm wide which is the twin room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 68cm wide which is the ensuite shower room. Staff and website were great. Nautilus was great value for money - situated in an ideal situation just a couple of metres from a small beach and a short stroll from shops and restaurants. The Villa itself was clean and spacious with a lovely pool. The surrounding area was lovely- we walked to the marina and Portopetro which both had lovely eateries. We drove to the nearby town of Santanyí which were very pretty.

This villa is in a fabulous location where you can pop down to the beach and sea in 2 mins. Great for early morning swim in sea or short beach visits with very young ones. Also a very well equipped and very clean villa. Solmar on the spot rep support was excellent when we needed it.

We are just recently back from this Villa - we are a family of 9 and this was very comfortable for us all. The villa was very clean and spacious and very well equipped. The beach on our doorstep was a favourite with our 2 grandchildren, the shops, supermarkets and resturants were just a 5 minute stroll away and catered for entertaing the kids with slides and toys while you dined or had a drink. The area was lovely a 10 minute walk to the marina which you can carry on walking further into Cala Dor if desired We would defo recommend this villa.

Villa Nautilus was in a great place just a minute from the beach, where there was a great beach bar/ restaurant, and with others close by and the town only a five minute walk away with plenty of shops restaurants and bars, the marina with plenty of bars and restaurants was a short stroll away. The villa was clean and tidy, tv, wifi, and a good kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms were basic but clean and plenty of storage, there is a safe in the premises for keeping valuables. Outside the villa there is plenty of space and plenty of sun loungers, a table and chairs and a barbeque, the pool is small but adequate. All in all a great villa.

We had eight people in this villa which was large enough to accommodate our needs. It is clean and tidy with the area outside being excellent with its BBQ, table and chairs, sunbeds, pool and garden with table tennis table. The kitchen space and facilities served our needs. We loved the upstairs bedroom and balcony which is enormous. The villa is positioned in the quiet Es Forte area but there is Pou Beach very close and the beach bar even closer. Supermarket and other bar and restaurants are a short five minutes walk away. It that position of the villa that we loved, quiet but with everthing you need nearby.

I have just come back from this villa with my son, husband and inlaws. The inlaws took the upstairs bedroom/apartment and we used the downstairs part of the villa. Loads of space and very comfortable everything was there that you would need. The pool was excellent my 10 year old son would have spent all day every day in this. Excellent location the beach was just round the corner and very close to shops, bars and restaurants in cala egos. Would recommend this to anyone.

Just back from a weeks stay at this villa with my wife and her family and we all loved every bit of it. The villa is situated in the perfect location with a minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the shops/restaurants of Cala Egos. The Cala Dor marina was a 10 minute walk and defo recommended if you stay here. The Villa itself was fantastic, had everything you needed in it. The pool was a good size, plenty if sun loungers and the BBQ was great for a family meal which we used a number of times. The rooms were clean with towels provided. The villa came with free wifi also. The only complaint was that there was only 2 sets of keys and as there was 3 couples staying it was a bit of a nuisance. Overall I would definitely recommend this villa which is ideal for families in the perfect location. We are already looking into booking the same villa for next years holiday.

The accommodation is just 70 paces from the small beach at Es Forti and its only another couple of minutes walk into the small town of Cala Egos with its many bars , restaurants , supermarkets and shops. I dont think I have stayed in a better located villa. Cala D'or marina is an easy 10-15 minute stroll or you can get the regular 'road train' that runs along the marina then on into Cala D'or itself. On arrival the villa was spotless and we had been allowed to arrive before the usual hand over time which was fantastic. There are 3 bedrooms down stairs which are ALL air conditioned as well as the bedroom on the first floor , we went in mid august and the rooms were comfortably cool. There is a large dining room / lounge with a tv and dvd player. The tv picks up all the major UK channels as well as some freeview ones inc Film 4 . The kitchen was well equipped with all the appliances you need. The kids loved it. We traveled as 2 families , 8 of us in total and the villa was more than large enough. I can honestly say its one of the nicest villa's we have stayed in and will certainly go there again. Solmar were fantastic from the initial booking process to answering enquiries while we were in the villa , also the in-resort staff were really helpful too. I really do rate this holiday as 10 out of 10.

From the very moment we booked our holiday til we landed back in Aberdeen Solmar Villas looked after us. Any questiona asked were answered straight away. The flight was good and on time and on arrival at Palma there was someone waiting for us in the terminal holding up a card with my name on it ( just like in the movies ) which brought out a chuckle. We were transfered to our villa by mini bus without a problem. The villa was not what was advertised it was a whole lot more and some. This is the first time we have used the internet to book our holiday but it won't be the last. Solmar made it so easy. Now to book next years holiday and we will look no further than Solmar. 10/10.
