This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide along with 1 step. The front door has a width of 67cm and other doors that access the pool area is the kitchen door which is 68cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 80cm wide and the grounds are a bit uneven, there are a few steps around terraced area and a lawn area to get to the pool with small tiles marked out as a path. There are 5 steps down to the pool. Inside there is a ramp which goes from the kitchen to the lounge. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 92cm wide which is the double room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 71cm wide which is the shower room. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 67cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 74cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
