You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Villa Mestressa is a beautiful stone house and has been redesigned to keep its historic features alongside modern furnishings. The house is spacious and light with cool stone floors. Villa Mestressa is located just at the exit of the traditional village of S'Horta close to Cala D'Or, so beaches and the well-known resort with a pedestrian area with shops, restaurants, and pubs with live music are only five-minutes drive away. S'Horta itself is a traditional village with a church, a café-bar, a bank and a supermarket which are only two-minutes walk from the Villa. There is plenty of space around the house to relax and unwind with views of the countryside. There is a vine-covered dining-terrace with fruit trees and palms.

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide along with 1 step. The front door has a width of 67cm and other doors that access the pool area is the kitchen door which is 68cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 80cm wide and the grounds are a bit uneven, there are a few steps around terraced area and a lawn area to get to the pool with small tiles marked out as a path. There are 5 steps down to the pool. Inside there is a ramp which goes from the kitchen to the lounge. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 92cm wide which is the double room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 71cm wide which is the shower room. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 67cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 74cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
