To access the villa there is a path which is 125cm wide, leading to 7 steps to the front door, the front door is 130cm wide, there is also a ramp. The lounge door is 116cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 70cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 120cm wide, there are 3 steps up to the pool area, the path is 90cm wide. The outside grounds are on two levels, both are flat and even. The ground floor bedroom doors are 70cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 60cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level.
