Villa Magda and our host Balthasar were both excellent. Good communications made for a stress free stay. Situated about 300 metres from the marina , with its restaurants and bars, this spacious and modern villa is the ideal base for any holiday in the Cala d'Or area. Nice touches like a welcome fruit bowl made us feel very at home and would definitely think of staying here again. The pool , although " stimulating cold " at this time of year, is a definite plus withheld nearest beach being about 25 mins walk away. The Mercadona supermarket ( with possibly the best view, looking over the marina ), is also just 400 yards away and we'll stocked .

Absolutely loved Villa Magda. It's position was great right beside the yacht club and just a few steps further to the marina. Although the sofa covering and bed clothes are a bit tired and it really needs some sort of cleaning products to use while there ie. Dishwasher tablets and maybe some hand soap. We purchased some and did a little cleaning ourselves which we didn't mind at all. The pool is great and the general area is perfect. Would definitely recommend

To access the villa there is a path which is 99cm wide along with 1 step. The front door has a width of 76cm and other doors that access the pool area is the kitchen door which is 74cm wide and the lounge door which is 115cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 100cm wide and the pool area is flat, partly terrace/partly lawn. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the nearest is up 17 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 67cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 120cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
