You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Dorita is situated only a short walk from the heart of Cala D'or with its charming cobbled streets, whitewashed buildings and local cuisine. Cala D'or has a family friendly vibe and is an easy going alternative to some of Mallorca's busier resort destinations. Mallorca has around 300 days of sunshine a year, ideal for them busy days exploring and them long evenings sat on the terrace. If your ideal day is by the beach then Cala Esmeralda is only 450 metres away, with its crystal clear waters and rocky coastline making it perfect for snorkeling!
Villa Dorita is a ground floor property and offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge and three spacious bedrooms. Patio doors take you to the outside of the Villa with its enclosed garden scattered with Mediterranean palm trees and a kidney shaped pool. Take a dip and cool off from the Spanish sunshine. Why not relax on the terrace with a glass of vino or enjoy the company of a good book on the seat swing.
All amenities are within walking distance from the villa. The nearest restaurant is only 130 metres away, where you can enjoy local dishes of fresh fish and stone-baked pizzas. The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to 3 steps to the front door, the front door is 88cm wide. The lounge door is 87cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 75cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 120cm wide, there are 3 steps from the terrace to the pool, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The outside grounds are on two levels, they are both flat and even spaces.
